Pre-order policy
A pre-order reserves a product before it is in stock. This policy explains the deposit, the supply dates and your right to cancel.
What a pre-order is
A product offered for pre-order is not currently in stock and is listed with an estimated supply date shown on the product page before purchase.
Deposit and payment
- A deposit may be required to confirm the reservation, and its amount is shown explicitly before you place the order.
- The deposit is part of the product price and is deducted from the total on delivery — it is not an additional fee.
- The remaining balance is paid by your chosen payment method when the product becomes available and ships.
If the supply date changes
The supply date is an estimate. If the announced date changes materially we notify you, and you may then choose between waiting for the new batch or cancelling and being refunded in full, including the deposit.
Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel a pre-order before it ships and be refunded in full.
- If the product ultimately cannot be supplied, we cancel the order and refund the full amount with no deduction.
- Once delivered, the product is covered by the exchange policy and by statutory consumer rights exactly like any other product.
